USA
HOCKEY COACHES HELMET POLICY
From the 2006-2007 USA Hockey
Annual Guide, p. 134:
"All ice hockey coaches and instructors of registered USA
Hockey youth/high school, disabled, girls/women's 19 & under
and below programs must properly wear an approved ice hockey

PRACTICE
GAME REFEREE SCHEDULING
Missouri Ice Hockey Officials
Association (MIHOA) has instituted a new procedure for scheduling
referees for ALL practice games and tournaments effective Sept.
2, 2004.
Each team representative MUST
forward a schedule of HOME practice/exhibition games to Tom Woolf
of MIHOA at wtwoof@swbell.net. Tom will send the team representative
a user name and password to the MIHOA scheduling web site. Use
the user name and password to request officials for your games.
You should only request officials for exhibition/practice games
that your team will be responsible for paying for the officials.
There will be a $2.00 charge per game for any/all exhibition
games outside of any league games for the team. In
the event that your are playing a team from out of town, request
the officials and get payment from the team that you are playing.
Officials are NOT TO BE PAID at the game. They will be paid by
MIHOA. KYHA will be billed on a monthly basis for official's
services. The KYHA treasurer will bill each team for their referee
fees.
If you have questions, please
contact Tom Woolf of MIHOA at wtwoof@swbell.net. Tom's phone
# is 314-631-3998. Deb Hellwig can be reached at 636-938-7684.
