The registration process takes about 10 minutes. 

We accept Mastercard and VISA.  Transactions are conducted using secure transactions provided by Verisign and GeoTrust.  Your credit card information is not stored on this website.

If you already have an account on this system from a previous registration, click on "I have an Account".  If this is your first time using this system, click on "New Registration". 

IMPORTANT:   Do not create multiple accounts for your household.  One account can be used to register multiple family members.  Once you have created an account, you should continue to use that account when accessing this system.  If you forget your logon or password you can have them emailed by selecting "I forgot my User Id/Password" on the logon screen.
